Registration Categories and Rates

Note:
1. Young IR trainees must provide proof of eligibility (i.e., letter of recommendation from the head of department at their hospital).
2. Registration fee covers participation in the conference, coffee breaks, and lunch symposia but does not include accommodation or transportation expenses.
3. Registration without supporting documents or payment in full by the designated deadline will automatically be converted to on-site registration.

Payment Methods

1. Only online payments are accepted. Cash is not accepted on-site.
2. For International attendees can pay through wire transfer or credit card (e.g., Visa and MasterCard).

Registration Confirmation

1. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation email, including registration number and QR code for signing in on-site, will be sent to you.

2. Registration status can also be found in your personal account.

Receipt/ Invoice

You can download the receipt/ invoice after payment is completed from “My Orders”.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@apscvir-2026.com and will be charged a cancellation processing fee of $50.

2. Cancellations made before March 31, 2026 will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations made before May 20, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

3. No refunds will be issued on and after May 20, 2026. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.

4. If you are unable to attend, a substituent is welcome at no additional charge. The original attendee must provide a letter of authorization along with a cancellation letter before May 20, 2026. The substituent must also register online in advance.
