Dr. Arun Gupta is the Chairperson of the Department of Interventional Radiology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He pioneered and established the specialty of Interventional Radiology at the institution over two decades ago.

Dr. Gupta has held key leadership positions in the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, having previously served as Secretary and Vice President. He is currently a member of the Outreach Committee of APSCVIR.

With over 70 national and international publications in the field of Interventional Radiology, Dr. Gupta has made significant academic and clinical contributions. His primary areas of interest include portal hypertension, biliary interventions, and interventional oncology.
