Dr. Nainesh Parikh is Vice President and Chief Clinical Expansion and Partnerships officer for Moffitt Cancer Center. He joined Moffitt in 2016 and most recently served as the assistant chief medical officer. He is an associate member of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology, and his clinical area of focus is the utilization of minimally invasive techniques to treat patients with benign and malignant tumors within the genitourinary (GU) system. He has pioneered the development of prostate artery embolization (PAE) for men who have prostate cancer. Dr. Parikh earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York and obtained his medical and business degrees from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He also completed his diagnostic radiology residency at NYU Medical Center and a fellowship in angiography and interventional radiology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital – Harvard Medical School.
