Associate Professor Somrach Thamtorawat is an interventional radiologist at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. He serves as Chief of the Interventional Radiology Unit and is actively involved in clinical service development, education, and innovation in minimally invasive image-guided treatment.

His main interests include interventional oncology, hepatocellular carcinoma treatment, tumor ablation, radioembolization, embolization, image-guided drainage, and biopsy.

He currently serves as Scientific Chair of the Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand (RCRT), Vice President of the Thai Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (TSVIR), and Executive Committee Member of APSCVIR
