Masanori Inoue is the chairman and Professor, Department of Radiology, Fujita Health University from 2024. 

After graduating from Keio University, School of Medicine, he received training in the Department of Radiology at Keio University. He completed residency and clinical fellowship training programs at Keio University. He took a medical degree (Ph.D.) from Keio University School of Medicine in 2013. He is a Board Member of Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology (JSIR) and also a member of Japan Radiological Society (JRS),  Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), and the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE). During the past twenty five years, his clinical and research activities have been focused on lymphatic IR, cryoablation, PAD treatment, coil embolization, and AVM treatment.
