Dr. Minobu Kamo is a Lecturer in the Department of Radiology, National Defense Medical College Hospital. A graduate of Hokkaido University School of Medicine and the Graduate School of Institute of Science Tokyo, he holds board certifications as an Interventional Radiology Specialist (Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology) and a Diagnostic Radiologist (Japan Radiological Society), in addition to holding a German Approbation (Physician’s License). Dr. Kamo has been widely recognized for his academic contributions, receiving the Gold Medal from the Japanese Radiological Society (2017) and a Magna Cum Laude award from the RSNA (2019). He has also been named a Distinguished Reviewer for the AJR(2024, 2025). In his editorial roles, he serves as an Assistant Editor for AJR and is a member of the Scientific Editorial Board for European Radiology.
