Fu-Gen Wu is a Young Distinguished Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Biological Science & Medical Engineering, Southeast University, as well as the State Key Laboratory of Digital Medicine Engineering and the Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Biomaterials and Devices. He is a recipient of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program for Young Outstanding Talents, Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Youth, Jiangsu Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent, Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Youth, and Jiangsu Provincial Six Talents Peak High-Level Talent. He serves as Deputy Editor of the journal EngMedicine and Associate Editor of Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he is a member of the Nanotechnology in Oncology Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the Intelligent Medical Materials and Devices Committee of the Chinese Materials Research Society, the Biosensing Committee of the Chinese Society for Analytical Testing, and the Academic Committee of the Antimicrobial Science and Technology Forum. He has published 193 papers as corresponding/first author, with total citations exceeding 17,000 and an H-index of 72. He has been included in Elsevier's "Global Top Scientists Ranking," the ScholarGPS Global Top 0.05% Scholars List, and the Global Top 100,000 Scientists List, among others.
