Dr. Amrit Koirala is the General Secretary of Nepalese Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (NSVIR) and currently serving as the Program Director Consultant of Interventional Oncology at the Nepal Cancer Hospital & Research Center, Kathmandu. With more than over a decade of experience, he specializes in Interventional oncology. Dr. Koirala earned his MBBS as a gold medalist from Kathmandu Medical College before completing his residency in Manila, Philippines, and a yearlong fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok.
