Dr.Azzam Khankan is a consultant interventional radiologist at National Guard King Abdulaziz Medical City, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He has trained and worked in top healthcare institutions in Syria, Japan, Canada and Saudi Arabia. He is active in multiple aspects of adult and pediatric interventional radiology and has been performing a wide variety of vascular and non-vascular interventions. He has a special interest in interventional oncology (hepatobiliary and lung), embolotherapy and pediatric in addition to teaching and training residents and fellows in interventional radiology and promoting the speciality. He is the author of numerous published abstracts and many peer-reviewed journal articles and he participated actively in the national medical conferences and top European, Asian and American radiology congresses.
