Dr. Bernhard Christian Meyer is the Vice Chairman of the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Chair of Interventional Radiology at Hannover Medical School in Germany. Since 2011, he has led the Division of Interventional Radiology at Hannover Medical School, a center known for its extensive transplant programs in Europe. His research interests include image-guided punctures and interventions, cone beam computed tomography in interventional radiology, pulmonary interventions, portal-venous interventions, and liquid embolization. Dr. Meyer has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals such as Investigative Radiology, Radiology, European Radiology, American Journal of Roentgenology, and Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology, and has authored several books in the fields of Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology.
