Dr. Hassan Al-Balas is a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist who finished his MD degree at the University of Jordan in 1994 and completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Texas Hoston medical school. He pursued a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His career includes serving as Section Chief of Interventional Radiology at the Houston VA Hospital in Texas and consultancy in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at King Abdullah University Hospital, the teaching hospital of Jordan University of Science and Technology. He currently serves as the CEO of King Abdullah University Hospital.
