David Liu MD FRCPC FSIR is a globally recognized interventional radiologist celebrated for his innovative leadership in oncological imaging and therapeutic development. With Professorial appointments in both the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Engineering at University of British Columbia in Vancouver Canada, he is considered a pioneer in the clinical use and optimization of radioembolization for liver cancer, he has shaped international standards and care pathways through cutting-edge research and translational practice. In addition, Dr. Liu holds chairperson positions in international liver cancer symposiums, and has received multiple major awards from leading societies in radiology and oncology.
