Dr. Hicham Kobeiter serves as Chairman of the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology departments at University Hospitals APHP Henri Mondor UPEC Créteil, France. He has been a Professor of Radiology and Interventional Radiology since 2007 and is the Past President of the French Society of Interventional Radiology (Société Française d’Imagerie Cardiovasculaire et Interventionnelle, SFICV). He is a member of both the Membership Committee of CIRSE and the Scientific Committee of the Pan-Arab Interventional Radiology Society (PAIRS). Additionally, he held the position of Deputy-Chair of IDEAS-CIRSE from 2023 to 2025 and has been serving as its Chairman since 2025. His research focuses on optimizing treatments and image guidance options in interventional radiology procedures, particularly for aortic, liver, and prostate interventions.
