Dr. Robert Morgan is the Professor of Interventional Radiology at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.  He has been the President of CIRSE and President of the British Society of Interventional Radiology. Dr.Robert created the European Board of Interventional Radiology examination (EBIR) and is the Editor-in-Chief for CVIR Endovascular. He was awarded the Gold Medal of the BSIR in 2020, the Gold Medal of CIRSE in 2023, Honorary Membership of the APSCVIR in 2024, and Gold Medal of the JSIR in 2025. Dr. Robert Morgan has published 263 peer-reviewed articles, edited four books, written 47 book chapters, and delivered over 380 invited lectures.
