Important Deadlines and Guidelines

Withdraw Deadline: If you need to withdraw your abstract, please email info@apscvir-2026.com by January 31, 2026 (23:59 Beijing Time).

Please refer to the specific guidelines below based on your presentation type:

1.Oral Presentation Guidelines

You are required to deliver your presentation on-site using the official (PPT template). We will notify you of your specific presentation date and time via email in due course.

• Format: Prepare your slides in English using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx, 2016 or later) to ensure compatibility with on‑site PCs
• Media formats:

           Images: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP

           Video: MP4 (H.264 codec), maximum file size 500 MB.

2.Poster Guidelines

Please prepare your single-slide electronic poster using the official (poster template) and submit it online (must not exceed 20 MB).

Published Only Guidelines

Your submitted abstract(s) will be included in the conference proceeding book.
